She is amazing. I've known her for 3-4 years, since when we met at Chairbears. I was a room leader and she was in another room. We then worked together in the same room and she was amazing - clearly someone I could rely on and we worked really well together. She's a great worked - she's clearly made for this. She was very punctual and she's the kind of person who, even if there was a problem, would be the first to notify you - but we never did have a problem. I would recommend her.
I've known Kadija for 4 years. We worked together in a nursery I was working in at the time I met her. She is a very fun-loving, fun, caring and a nurturing person. She is very calm and very patient. The children she took care of were aged 1 year to 3 years initially, and we then rotated regularly between the baby room (3 months to 18 months) and also to rooms with children of up to 5 years old. She worked competently and confidently. I actually have her look after my own son - I had my son a year ago, and Kadija looks after him, and has been helping out from 2 weeks old. I've recommended her for families with children ages 8-12.

We've never left our kids with a babysitter before and were a bit apprehensive, but we needn't have worried.
