I would say Michelle is bubbly, out-going, responsible, conscientious. She's been a full-time live-in nanny for us since April 2017 (more than a year), looking after our two children - who are 4 and a half and nearly 2. She does the full nanny role including school/nursery pickups and drop-off's, putting the kids down for naps etc. I wouldn't have any reservations with her and yes I would recommend her.

She's very calm, strict but fair, and has a polite way of getting children to listen to her - she doesn't let the kids walk over her. She's very reliable ad trustworthy - she had keys to our home, and we left her in sole charge. I didn't have any issues with her. I'd most definitely recommend her - she was my right hand!
