Yasmine was our Nanny while in London for a month this summer. She looked after our 22-month-old boy. She looked after him both during the daytime and at nighttime while we were out of the house for work meetings and social events. She did playtime, outdoor activities, bath time, meal times, bedtime, and clean up as necessary. Yassmine is very nurturing and caring. She was fantastic with our little boy and he completely settled with her from the first meeting (which has never happened before). I was very impressed with her skills, professionalism, and above and beyond care for our child. I highly recommend her as a babysitter to other families.
Yaz worked for us as a full time nanny from summer 2021 until December 2024. Our boys were two and four when she started with us. She picked up our boys from nursery/school, brought them home and took them to activities (e.g. sports, park), supervised homework, cooked dinner, played games and then got them ready for bed. If needed she would also do bedtime. In the holidays she would often do the same jobs around holiday clubs, and would also have both boys for the whole day for a couple of days a week when they would do various activities around London plus play dates etc. On occasion we would also leave the boys with her at our house whilst we were away for the weekend or on business during the week. She performed all her roles extremely diligently, and we had absolute trust in her when she was looking after the boys. They were both super happy with her and had a great relationship with her, akin to a big sister as they got older. She takes her role very seriously and is extremely committed and reliable. She was willing to be flexible when needed, but was also demanding of us as employers (and expected regular feedback sessions, annual reviews etc). She expects to be well remunerated and respected, but delivered a very good service in return. With the boys she was bubbly and fun, but they knew she was in charge and she wasn't slow to discipline them when needed (in an entirely appropriate manner).
