I have known Sylwia for 9.5 years. She looked after my child from 6 months to 9 years old. Sylwia is warm, loving and friendly, but also no-nonsense when needed. Also, she is easy to work with, direct and open. She is absolutely trustworthy, always on time and I trust her with children, money and running errands etc. I would absolutely recommend her for babysitting.
I've known Sylwia for about six years. Sylwia was looking after my two youngest (I have three children). I think Sylwia is very kind, very engaging, very caring, very happy to do things (like taking the children to the swimming pool, exhibitions, festivals, dance classes etc.). She's even suggesting things, and knows what's going on. All the safety aspects are taken care of with Sylwia. She's caring, patient and dynamic. I've never had any issues with her. She's very flexible - I have already recommended her to [my child's] ballet teacher.
