Olivia has looked after my own children and their friends. Often babysits for my youngest child. She isalways cheerful and patient but sets boundaries, very mature for their age. She shows initiative when helping my child with homework researching some additional maths to make the task more fun. She has always worked with my child to make it more understandable and build confidence. Olivia has lots of patience and maturity is very good at including children in the decision making and thinking of things to occupy them. She is genuinely interested in children.

Olivia cares for my one year old daughter occasionally. Olivia is always prompt and able to deal with situations in a way that I am satisfied with. She is able to keep my daughter calm and be comforting when this is necessary. She demonstrates patience, understanding and a caring nature which makes her likeable to myself and my daughter. She has great intiative but also considers my viewpoints and opinions whilst caring for my daughter. I have nothing but positive opinions to express about Olivia and I am confident in her abilities as a babysitter when leaving my daughter in her care.
