Zaynab looked after my three children from August 2023 until the beginning of January 2026. She worked full-time caring for our youngest child, who was 10 months old when she started, and also provided after-school care for our two older children, who were aged 4 and 8. Her responsibilities included caring for the baby throughout the day, preparing meals and snacks, changing and dressing, following the child’s daily routine, organising age-appropriate activities and making sure the children were always safe and well cared for. She also looked after the older children after school, helping with their meals, activities, routines and general supervision. Zaynab was extremely reliable, punctual and organised. She was always on time, took her responsibilities seriously and could be trusted to manage the children and their routines independently. She was very responsible, patient, attentive and caring. Most importantly, all three of our children absolutely loved Zaynab and formed a very close bond with her. She was warm and affectionate with them while still being responsible and maintaining their routines. We always felt comfortable and confident leaving our children in her care. Zaynab performed her duties very well throughout the time she worked with our family, and I would happily recommend her to any family looking for a reliable, trustworthy and caring childcare provider.
