Shabana is very reliable, hard-working, passionate about what she is doing. I've known her for three years. She has been working alongside me in the nursery and is currently working with under-2's and over-2's. She is a team-player and is a good communicator. She is always on time and she also does cover shifts when needed. She is definitely a trustworthy person. She is a Level 3 Early Years Professional. She is very good with the kids, and particularly attentive to younger child. She's also very creative - she knows how to plan activities that are fun for the kids and has a good understanding of child development. She can identify gaps in learning and provide support accordingly.

Shabana is very friendly, bubbly, trustworthy and caring. She is a very nice person. I've known her since 2016. We worked together in a nursery, and on a number of occasions in the same room. She was a Level 3 practitioner there. Of course I would recommend - she is a very nice person, and I wish her all the best. I hope she gets lots of babysitting jobs.
