I worked with Rachael at Nuffield Health and she was the swim coordinator and I was creche manager. She also covered the creche when I was away. We now work at Virgin Active together, and have done for five years. She's a great manager and she's really hard-working, helping everybody with any issue. She's fantastic with the kids - because we work with children between 3 months and1 6 years. We are OFSTED-registered. She is so good and has a lot of empathy, fantastic with the kids within the creche. She's very hands-on and ensures everything is covered, she's great!

She is DBS-checked and highly trustworthy and she would be always willing to help. She took out children for special needs in the primary sector and had good empathy and very good at managing them.
