As soon as they met, Octavia had a very warm approach and interacted with our daughter like with a very young person, adjusting to her unique personality and her routines. She used the hotel facilities creatively, including the private garden, where she facilitated play time for our daughter and interaction with other children her age. Octavia was very flexible and understating and adjusted to our schedule. She is a good communicator. She did not mind doing overtime to the agreed hours if we were delayed. With my husband away on business, I needed an extra set of hands for my two children (ages 3 and 7), and Octavia was exceptional. What impressed me was her initiative; she quickly learned what my children enjoyed and offered great activity ideas on the fly. Knowing my son loves dinosaurs, for example, she recommended the Natural History Museum. She also took the kids to nearby playgrounds to burn off energy and was fantastic at engaging them with games while we had to wait in lines for sightseeing. She also helped us navigate city logistics. She kept the kids happy and entertained throughout our explorations, making the entire experience stress-free.
