I'm so glad to hear she'll be working with you because she is a real gem. She was the Home Support Worker for seniors and I was her coordinator. She worked full time for us and all the clients were so happy with her. I can give you an example of the feedback from the client " She is a wonderful young woman and did a wonderful job. She has been great in every way in terms of cleaning and in terms of sweet support." She did household and companionship. I would give her a rate for her work between 1-10 is definitely 10 out of 10. She is dedicated to her job. She is reliable and hardworking. She worked 5 months for us and I found she is very special. My clients and I still miss her.
Julia was a great employee here at the New Oxford. She was always energetic and in a positive mood. Julia was also very personable and kind, with a great work ethic. I would gladly hire her at anytime if she wished to come back to Vancouver.
