Nadira i have known since six years ago. From time to time, she did the school drop-off's and was also looking after the kids once a week. I have always been very happy with Nadira. She is an amazing person! She's very attentive and engages well with the kids, who were 10 and 7 years old (at the beginning). I always rely on her, and she is very trustworthy, and is always on time as well. I have nothing bad to say about her, to be honest. I would absolutely recommend her for childcare.
I've known Nadira since 2019, so around five years. She was a temporary nanny for us (supporting our full-time nanny) providing cover of up to a week at a time, weekend and also babysitting work. She is very experienced, a lovely person, very kind. She is very intuitive in terms of understanding my son's needs and adjusting activities (e.g. LEGO, indoor play, jigsaws). She is totally trustworthy, honest and a great cook. She communicates well, giving a good debrief at the end of the day and she is good fun, with a great sense of humour. My son was about 3 when she started working for us, I'd totally recommend her. She is always punctual, generally arriving early in fact - she has never been late at all, and takes her job really seriously.
