I have known Lia for over 6 years and managed her when she was an early years educator - she worked with children under 5 and was always very caring and supportive to their emotional and educational needs through careful planning and discussions with parents she attended courses to support her CPD to enhance her knowledge of child development. Lia always delivered high quality interactions with the children and her planning. She has a very kind nature and is reliable and will always give her best. She is creative and organised. I would highly recommend Lia in a role for baby sitting - the families would be very lucky to have a qualified teacher who is experienced with children and highly knowledgeable re child development and learning.

She was our au pair for a year when she first came to the UK in ~ 2017. My children were 4 and 6 years old. Her responsibilities included dressing, washing children, taking and collecting them from school. Cooking supper, organising activities and play dates, bathing them and putting them to bed. Noelia is very conscientious and organised. She is good at getting the children ready. She is also very kind. My sons adored her and still send her messages now and she still does the occasional weekend babysitting for us. She is a trained teacher and loves children. Can’t recommend her highly enough.
