Nicola worked alongside me in an after-school club,and was a great worker. she showed great skills,and the children loved her. the children, who were ages 4-11 yrs. Nicola interacted well, she set up activities and got involved at their level, at tables and floor level. She also participated in outdoor games and play-time. Nicola was able to plan activities on a day and weekly basis, and come up with ideas by herself. Nicola showed kindness,and patience. she had a kind and cheerful personality. She helped children through play. Without any doubts I'd be happy for her to look after children.
Nicola and I met when we were nannying for the same family ! She is an amazing kind and gentle lady and children adore her. She is great at planing activities and outings for the children at the drop of a hat. She is kind, caring and listens and interacts well with children.

I am a qualified primary school teacher. I have a large family with many siblings. Before becoming a teacher I worked as a nanny and babysitter while studying! I worked in a nursery from the age of 16 years old. I have always worked with children in different environments - nursery, Montessori, schools and homes.
