We've known her for one year - she has looked after my children and we remain in contact now. She's very responsible, very pro-active, We never had any issues - I can strongly recommend her. My children were 5 and 8 approximately shen she looked after my family, but she also works with newborn babies I know. We recommend her, and she's great. We had no safety issues whatsoever and she's first-aid trained and DBS checked, so I never had any situation where I was concerned.

I have known her since October 2023. She looks after my two children (from the ages of 11 months old and almost 3). Gaia is very, very outgoing and yet she is very chilled (never gets angry, never loses her cool). The kids love her. She is pretty transparent, and takes feedback very much on board. She is very coachable and has no big ego. I have no concerns about her at all and no qualms about recommending her - she's awesome.
