Lourdes works with me in a primary school. I am the early years lead, and she joined as an assistant ten months ago. She's lovely, dependable and has a good manner with the children (3 ad 4 years old). She's also pro-active and built good relationships with the children and staff both here and in the main school. She's also willing to learn, though she's already very well qualified. I can't fault her - she's great!
Lourdes joined our school nine months ago as a nursery nurse. She's absolutely reliable, a great timekeeper and always willing to spend the extra time staying longer to do whatever needs to be done. She's honest, helpful, she's good with communicating with staff and parents, very willing to help.
