Izzy has been looking after my two children. She has showed great initiative from the first day. She has immediate empathy with children, and is very responsible. She is also calm and responsible.
I have seen her caring for young people and adults with a variety of disabilities using a very professional and sensitive manner during a week's volunteering in France for the charity the Order of Malta Volunteers. She has been volunteering for the charity for a number of years and is very skilled at caring for our disabled guests. During the trip mentioned above, I have seen Isabel leading a small group in helping a particular person get ready for bed; being aware of this person's complex needs and what is required at that moment in time. Isabel is a sensitive and mature person, who has a naturally caring nature which I believe would be essential in working with children.

I'm a friendly, engaging person who interacts well with all ages. I've been described by family friends who have relied on me for babysitting as a positive influence and I pride myself particularly on having an endless supply of energy and patience. I love working with children and connect with them easily as they seem to respond well to my creative, open minded personality. My primary care experience has been with special needs people of all ages since I was 15. My studies at university and film school have taken priority over the last few years, but now I am ready to get back to doing care-work.
