I hold an Enhanced DBS check and am happy to prepare meals and snacks, help with homework, follow bedtime routines, and create fun, engaging activities. I’m a child-focused caregiver who believes children learn best through play, creativity, and exploration. I enjoy encouraging their imagination through storytelling, games, puzzles, singing, arts and crafts, and other age-appropriate activities that help build confidence, problem-solving skills, and creativity while making learning fun.
I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust, so I always provide a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where children feel happy, supported, and valued. My goal is to give parents complete peace of mind while ensuring every child is well cared for, has fun, and enjoys their time with me.

Shauna was recommended by a friend. I have a 17-month old boy and Shauna looks after him. She plays with him, feeds him, reads to him, prepares his milk, changes his nappies etc. She keeps her focus on children and full of energy and enthusiasm - singing, dancing etc . She doesn't get tired. My boy loves her. She is really good with children, and knows what to do. You can rely on her and trust her. I'd 100% recommend her.
We've been working together this past year. I am a SEN teacher and she is my teaching assistant in my class for special needs children. She is fantastic, helping out following routines, helping the children to become more independent, and following the curriculum. She is the best teaching assistant I've ever had. Very punctual, committed, very positive, and it has been a pleasure to work with her. She is very hard working too, flexible, and loves being with children. She also enjoys following all the different improvements in the children.

Hi! I’m Shauna, a caring, patient, and reliable childcare professional with experience supporting children from babies and toddlers through to teenagers. I currently work as a Teaching Assistant in London schools, supporting children with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, and other Special Educational Needs (SEN). I’ve also worked as a Summer Camp Leader and regularly cared for younger family members.
