I've known her for about twelve years. She used to look after my son when I went to work, from the age of about 7 months. She is amazing - she's just always happy, bubble, just makes you feel so comfortable. She 's so good with children and I don't worry about not being present. She is getting back into childcare now, and still does occasionally look after my son, She's so reliable and overall a fun person.

I have been allocated key children and done parents meetings, communicating with parents and carers regarding their child, plan trips, plan/set up activities, do displays and do risk assessments, been on training such as safeguarding, first aid.
