We've known her for 18 months. She looks after my children (9 and 7). Zoe is great - the kids love her, we love her. She's very responsible, reliable. I feel they are in safe hands. She does the school holidays - during the day. She is always reliable and on-time. She takes them out, bakes with them, sings songs and everything. I'd recommend her, as the kids really love her.
She worked for us as an emergency nanny from last April - for six months. My daughter was 2 and a half at the time. She's (a) Extremely reliable, (b) Very calm and (c) Warm, caring, smiley. For our daughter, it was a perfect match. She's on-time, punctual. She helped us while we were in the process of finding a permanent nanny - and she really helped with the handover too: understood the areas of development, saying what she did with our daughter, recommended activities. We would really strongly recommend her.

I am super confident and bubbly as I work as a emergency nanny, always in a different area with different families - most of which have requested me to come back! I have so much experience working with all age groups as I worked as a nursery manager. The youngest I have worked with is 4 months but I have even younger newborn experience too, through friends and family. I am professional and I am always trying to make a good impression. Taking care of other people's children is a massive responsibility, especially those who are vulnerable and very dependent on you and I can provide some very good references.
