I really loved having her with us. She is loving, caring and started looking over my daughter and I was always home when she was looking after her. She was always careful to listen to the baby, respond to her. She is very engaging. She would present toys, peak-a-boo, managing the toys the baby played with. They would move around the house and do different things to get the baby to learn and engage. She also organised play groups, which was very nice. I loved how patient, competent and organise she is.
She is great and she looked after my two children. She was looking after them after school, pepared their meals, bed stories. Monica is very friendly and bubbly. My boys knew her very well from the nursery and it worked out even better when she came to look after them at home.
