Beatriz connects very well with children, she is warm and builds a really nice rapport with them. I had a very good initial impression of her. My son is 6 years old and she was able to have him open up very quickly, which was very important for me. While away, she took the initiative of keeping me updated. She is very flexible and even did some things around the house, without me telling her. They did painting, reading, legos and did not watch television at all.

I worked with Beatriz up until she left to London and it was a pleasure, really. Her dedication to the development of the children was exemplary. She worked hard and dedicated a vast amount of time of reinforcing their abilities. When a child was struggling, she looked for the best method to teach and help them overcome the difficulty and constantly updated the parents. If she had to prepare or cook when she looked after my kids, she did it on her own. She is truly a hard worker and very flexible – schedule changes, no problem, she was always happy to help. The kids loved her dearly. We were truly sad that she moved to London.
