I was introduced to Paulina through a friend, to look after my baby (from 6 months old). She has been babysitting for me probably once a fortnight since then, for a year. I find her very flexible, easy-going, supportive. She takes a lot of interest in my son. She has been doing pick-up from nursery, dinner routine, bath time and bed time, and my son has been very relaxed. She has been very collaborative and works in a nursery so she deploys a lot of ways of working from that environment. She's incredible from a dependability perspective - and there's never been a scenario where she's a minute late. She is very accommodating

My responsibilities entail an ability to identify concerns early, provide help for children, promote their welfare and prevent concerns from escalating.
