I've known Silvia for quite a long time. She and I were Directors together at a language school. In terms of organisation, discipline and self-motivation, she was an asset. She was very independent and punctual as well. She also taught kids at school (children aged between 6 and 12) and worked with younger children in a nursery in the past. The kids loved her. She is highly recommendable. She also worked as a nanny, she has great experience.
Silvia was employed as a nanny and household assistant at my employer - the Chairman of a large corporation, since July 2015. She looked after their children, two sets of young twins. Silvia was very trustworthy, reliable, steady and level-headed. She was always punctual, never late. I was really sorry to see her go, and I would recommend her for childcare in the future.
