I've known Jessica for a very long time- about 4 years. She nannied both of my children. She is a very energetic person, very good at problems-solving, amazing at children's interaction. As a youth worker, she deals with the most challenging teenage situations, and she uses that experience very well in child interactions. She is very hands-on, including cooking, cleaning up and the night routine - including overnight stays. She's very reliable and trustworthy. I'd definitely recommend her.

I'm Jessica's manager for the last 3.5 years. Jessica is a project co-ordinator, facilitating group sessions with young people, and organises events. She looks after children as part of her role (from 8 to 18 years old). Jessica is great with building rapport with young people, very bubbly, good with relational side of things, and a lot of fun to be around. She is trustworthy and I would recommend her- for babysitting , I'm sure that she is great at that.
