I've known Louise for I'd say ten years. I met her through a friend. She has looked after, and still does look after, my two children. I have a five year old and an 18 month old. Louise is very bubbly, positive and caring. She is very reliable and punctual - almost to her own detriment, going above and beyond to make sure she is on time. She has a great way with kids, being a primary school teacher. The educational capacity is great: to know that she is not just their friend who is playing with them, but also engaging with them as a teacher. She is very creative and engages at their level. For example, when I took my two children outdoor swimming, I asked her to look after the five year old, and watching her play with him in the water was just joyous.
We've known Louise for ten years now, and she has looked after my young son for 3-4 of those years. She was always amazing with him - professional, always very cheerful and comfortable with him. She is always willing to go the extra mile and was most definitely reliable. She was brilliant, absolutely amazing.

I am currently working as an Early Years Primary School teacher in London. Although teaching is my job, I enjoy every day that I teach. I make it a priority to get to know your children, their likes and dislikes and what motivates them. I love getting involved in activities that they want to do, and making sure that we have fun together! As a teacher, I am also very aware of boundaries and rules and respect those set by the parents, ensuring that children are happy in a safe and secure environment.
