Lubna's been babysitting for me for the past year and a half. She's looked after my 4 and 7 year-old, up to 1-2 times per week. Babysitting is very sensitive. It's very important to be able to trust who you leave your children with, and she's somebody I can trust. The children get very excited when they see her. She's really very good at getting them involved in art activities, helping them with their homework and their development. She was always punctual, typically 15 minutes early. I definitely would recommend her because the important thing is the trust I have in her.

Lubna is really, really good! We met her about six months ago, through a friend that she was babysitting for. She's been babysitting for me sometimes ever since. Energetic is the best way to describe her. She's like one of those CBeebies presenters - very happy and has a good manner about her. She's great with the kids and the kids love her straightaway. She's really approachable. She's also punctual - in fact, she'll often want to come a little bit earlier, which helps me to get ready. She'a spot on with timing, and also flexible, such as when we come back quite late and we give her a call to ask if she can stay a bit longer.
