As a nanny, I have years of experience caring for children. I love their company, I enjoy spending time with them, organizing fun activities and various duties. I have years of experience, providing appropriate development for the children, understanding the different needs for different ages. I am full of energy and enthusiasm, encouraging children to be active and creative. I spend lots of time with children, and I can say that I am very patient, able to handle their moods. Mature and honest, children's safety first. I am a good communicator, for me is important to create a good relation with parents, I don't have any problem to work in a share care with a mother. Flexible, responsible and trustworthy. Respect for parents and their practices and honor the authority they have. As a nanny I understand the importance of the role which I have in the lives of the children, I can assure that I will always do the best of my abilities because I really love my job.

Francesca is very good with children . She was looking after my four years old girl . She was excellent. She does very good in organising the children's room (books, clothes, toys...) . She has a lot of patience, she is fun and has a lot of good values . I have absolutely no problems with Francesca.Laurence R
She is fully responsible and caring with the child. She organises his homework and school activities/ play date. Punctual and always on time, follows routine. Engaging well with other nannies and children. Honest and direct and great managing the day when I work full time. All duties around child always done as instructed. She is very calm. She retains a first aid certificate. I work full time and due to work commitments not able to come back after work, and she is solely responsible for my son and his homework.
