Engaging well with other nannies and children. Honest and direct and great managing the day when I work full time. All duties around child always done as instructed. She is very calm. She retains a first aid certificate. I work full time and due to work commitments not able to come back after work, and she is solely responsible for my son and his homework. Sometimes I travel abroad.
