“Unreliable and very financially-driven. When I came home on Wed evening my son was wide awake standing in his cot in the dark and Lucie was watching TV in the lounge. When I made a new booking for 5.5h a day instead of the usual 6.5h I received a rude message from her telling me that unless I increase the hours I’d better look for someone else. Then she just didn’t turn up the next day without giving us any notice.
