She used to look after my twins, from the age of one - then we went into COVID lockdown, and then after lockdown, she took the twins back on again. She now does occasional babysitting and school runs. She is lovely person, does really well with them and is always willing to help out, stay for extra time and is very flexible. She is always on time and reliable, I definitely would recommend her because she is always enthusiastic.
Monique looked after the child a few times, over the course of about 8 months - from almost newborn age to around a year old. Monique is great, the kid really loved her. She was on time always and, whenever we needed her to stay, she would do that. She'd bring the kids to soft play, music play groups, even to an old people's home. And of course, the park and walks etc. She's brilliant and 100% recommended.
