About me

I am a fun, reliable , organised nanny who is passionate about looking after children and end enjoy their company immensely and find nothing is more rewarding then taking care of them. I believe in creating a positive, happy environment for children, one which I believe are among the most important skills for a nanny. I enjoy being a nanny because of the personal reward and satisfaction that it brings and getting a real opportunity to make a difference in young peoples lives. Working with children also encourages me to use my imagination and find new creative ways to do things. I also get to see children grow, explore and learn about life.

References for Zoe

I've known her for about a year. She is our part time nanny. The girls were 6 and 8 when she started with them and they're now a year older. She picks the kids up at home, brings them home or takes them to various sports activities. When she gets here, she'll make them dinner, help them with homework, the normal stuff. She is very diligent. She is reliable - maybe sick one day ever perhaps? She's always on time, and we've never had any issues at all. She's a really sweet, gentle disposition. She's not one to raise her voice. She's perpetually patient.

I've known Zoe for six years. She babysat about a couple of times a month, more during the summer holidays (during the day), but predominantly evening babysitting. She would look after them after school and put them to bed. Zoe is always very conscientious, always on time, very reliable (she never cancelled on us). She is calm, for example when one of my kids fell of a bicycle, she was very good with the cold compress and kept communicating with us all the time on how they were doing. She keeps the kids calm, engages with them, reads with them etc. Zoe started babysitting when kids were 5 and under 1 year old. She is very nice but at the same time makes sure the kids listen to her.
