Shakila used to work in a private nursery, where my three daughters attended. When my daughters left, we kept in contact and she has done babysitting for me. I have known Shakila for about ten years and can say she is reliable and engages very well with children. She has a good mix of the discipline and fun. She will have fun (games, jigsaws etc.) but she will also be able to be tougher when for example they don't want to go to bed. Because she has been in an educational setting, she knows how to do that. I would definitely recommend her.Lindsay T
