I provided childcare for a four year old called Leon during the summer holidays in 2024 while his parents were at work and before he started Reception. Responsibilities included supervising daily activities, preparing snacks and meals, engaging him in creative and educational play, and creating a fun environment. I was recommended to the family through a local mothers’ group chat. The role ended as I started University in Leeds. My most recent child sitting was for 7 year old Ellie who I provided after-school activities for while her parents were working. (Christmas holidays 2025) Responsibilities included collecting her from school, helping with homework, and tutoring her in English to support her learning and confidence. I also organised engaging activities and ensured a safe, supportive environment. This job was arranged through family friends.
