Michelle looked after 4 children - ages 5 years, 3 years & 18 month old twins. She is trustworthy, reliable, fun, calm, patient, kind, energetic & capable. Michelle knows just what a child needs. Our children love her. They're always calm & happy with her but she's also firm when she needs to be. I cannot recommend Michelle highly enough. I trust her implicitly with my children and I never feel anxious leaving them with her as I know they will be happy, safe and well cared for. She was such a help when our twins were young babies and is very capable and good at multi tasking. She played with the toys, different games, did artwork, sang, read stories, attended playgroups and also took them to the playground.

She looked after my 2 children. She is kind, calm, warm, friendly, intuitive and helpful. She helped me over evenings and nights; as such, she read stories and played gently with my toddler. She slept in the same room as my 2 month old resettling her in the night, as necessary.
