Natalia's great, and will be great in childcare for you. She has worked with us (an agency placing her with schools) for over 2 years. She has great feedback from schools, and is always reliable. Although she has been ad hoc, she is always available and never sick. She's always on time too for pre-bookings, I've never had any issues with her. As a person, she's polite, adaptable and has a good working style. She always represents the agency well and performs well in the school setting.
