My name is Lheyla, I'm from Spain but speak fluent English and French, and beginner in Portuguese. I think I'm a perfect fit because I have lots of experience with children since I was very young as i always had to take care of my 5 little sisters. I know everything from basic child needs to how to deal with young adults. My most valuable qualities for this role are kindness, professionalism, lots of patience and being a fast learner. I truly believe the meost important things for a child are connections and needs, therefore i mostly adapt myself to build a real connection with each kid for them to feel cared and understood. Hello ! My name is Lheyla, i have 2 and a half year of experience as a babysitter/nanny. I actually have 3, but took a year of to focus on my studies and help my sisters with my newborn nephews while they were at work. I have taken care of children from 0 to 7 years old and also have experience with 2 childs with special needs or sickness ( anemia and autism). However I have 5 little sisters from 13 to 19 years old and consider myself self-sufficient to deal with younger children of their old. Every parent is different and have different way of raising their child so I never take the liberty to only do what I know but to follow what works for them, so my duties change a bit from parent to parent. Some common tasks i had to do are changing dippers, feeding and preparation of food, cleaning after payday, make the baby sleep, taking them to the part or an extracurricular activity, or just watching them for a couples of hours while the parents take the day off to enjoy and relax themselves.

I have known Lheyla for around three years, since she started supporting us in taking care of my son when he was around half a year old. I worked with her for around one year. We called her for emergency babysitting requirements, but also to stay at home with us for additional support, or even join us on short trips. She has always been very helpful and showed great flexibility, even when we asked her to support on a very short notice. She is very punctual and reliable. She has a very positive character and always an optimistic, can-do attitude. We require a lot less help now because my son started nursery in the beginning of 2025 but we still call her now and then when we need urgent support. I would 100% recommend her as a child sitter/supervisor.
