I am a caring person who caters to the emotional and social needs of children. I enjoy interacting with children and babies and enjoy to see their great development. I can coomunicate well and have great experience in building and working along with parents. It's important to build a good relationship with the family and help them with the development and emotional needs of their child. I am a flexible person and quick problem solver. I have years experience working with children and knowledge on EYFS.

Rachika is an exceptional babysitter. She managed to look after all 5 children at once. She is caring, bubbly and very polite. She's very hands on and has handled all situations well, even when she was under pressure. She managed to always keep the kids entertained. They have been to the park, to a children's party, done drawing together and read many stories throughout. She has her own way around children and knows how to encourage them to finish the work they have to do and that's brilliant.
Rachika is a very patient sitter, who educated to not only keep the child(ren) safe but to stimulate the child’s brain during the time she’s on duty. This varies whether she paints with the child, draws, reads books, counts, makes cookies, free play etc. I believe Rachika is an equipped babysitter who is very responsible during her work hours and respects the routine of the home and how important is it in order to keep the child constantly at ease. My daughter has so much allergies and I was worried that Rachika may not understand my daughter when she’s asking for help. However, with a small briefing beforehand, explaining what signs to look out for, and what to do in response to these signs, Rachika not only left the child satisfied but myself as well. We absolutely love her!
