Melanie's currently our au pair for a 4 and 6 year-old, for two months now. We got very positive references from her previous employer and experience was great. We've found her to be very reliable, good at managing time and very punctual - in fact often she's early. She's also very caring, talks to the children nicely and very responsible. It's only been two months but already we've left her alone in the house when we've gone away for a break. She's very reliable, definitely sensible and can be trusted 100%.
She's very efficient, very trustworthy and capable. I had absolutely no worries about leaving the kids in her care. She Au pair'ed for us for eight weeks as a temporary measure, for my kids who were 2,5 and 7. She did the school runs for the older two and took the youngest to a childminders. She also played with them and carried out duties - she was very routine and structured, she liked to be quite specific about what her duties were. I'd absolutely recommend her - a very capable girl.
