Lucy A

I have known Lucy for fifteen years. Recently, she was employed as an assistant manager at the company that I work at, and I was the manager. She was fantastic. She is very proactive, hard working, empathetic, efficient and reliable. She's an excellent colleague. We had a lot of kids at the camp and she was very good with the kids. She was very good at water sports but also great around the lodge in general. She would do arts and craft, treasure hunts, reiki. She was a great character to have around, very positive and hard working. She would go the extra mile.

Lucy is clearly very caring. I run a counselling charity and I've known Lucy since 2014/15. She started with us as a volunteer, learning to be a counsellor and worked really well, so we asked her to become a trustee. She is very committed to the cause. She is warm, compassionate and empathic, but also very level-headed. She had a background in marketing, so she is also good at thinking logically. We've also done all of the safeguarding as well. She's great - I would recommend her for anything she wanted to do.
