I first employed Monika as a full-time nanny in March 2025, and she worked for us until Jan 2026. She's great to deal with. She is a lovely nanny, with lots of energy and patience for children. She is very pro-active and good at organising things for the children, particularly taking them out She takes the initiative and is very hands=-on, and I trust her completely. She's never had a sick day, and she's organised with booking holidays and giving notice. I'd recommend her to anybody for either roles. She's really experienced on the nanny front, and worked in a nursery before being a nanny.
Monika works for us, and is our nanny. I've known her for two years. Monika is great, she's been amazing with our one year old, has never been late or sick, so is very dependable. She is very energetic and kind. Our 1 year old loves her, and we really like her, She's creative but also very good with being firm. She's really good at implementing the kind of strategy we want with our child, but is collaborative too. She's also a good cook. She's also very trustworthy.
