Susana is an excellent nanny. She looks after the children, is always on time, stays late when necessary and always does a bit extra. She makes sure that days are filled up with activities, like going to the park, for walks and to the children’s play areas. She gets on well with both of my children and they are close to her and have a happy time with her. Susana is a nice person and likes to help with whatever she can. Her English is excellent and I recommend her very highly.

“Susana was kind and gentle with my 3m old and my baby really relaxed with her. She sat for her a couple of times and the 2nd time was even better as she remembered all my instructions and I really didn't need to 'supervise' at all. While my baby was asleep she also took the time to tidy her stuff and wash bottles etc which was great. She has a genuinely caring nature and I would happily request her again.”
