I am very passionate about my job, I am responsible, very reliable, full of initiative when necessary, patient and calm with kids. For example, I collect two kids at school and I commute with them for 1.5 hr. I take 2 buses and make sure I look after the safety of the child, considering the very long commute. Depending on the child's age, I try to understand first what makes the child relaxed. I think it is crucial understanding first the child's needs and his attitude. I tend to prioritize activities which involve creativity and storytelling.

She is amazing. Very calm and with a lot of patience and my children are noisy and destroy everything. She is able to handle things in a different way due to the calmness and not raising the voice. She is a very caring and gentle person. She has a way of doing things, which works. My kids and her do a lot of play, painting, building blocks and play in the garden.
Nicolina used to take care of my child regularly. She used to pick him up from school, 5 days a week. She is patient, nice, and helps with homework, without waiting for me to ask her for it, so i can only say that she is initiative. Also, she is very kind and polite. She used to always keep my child, either with swimming or with home activities such as origami.
