I've known her for six months. She was doing her Level 3 childcare at the time. She is very committed. She is very dedicated and hard-working. Nya has never cancelled any meeting and attended all meetings on time. I would describe her as trustworthy, who can go a long way in childcare. She can achieve a lot.

I have known Nya for about 10 years now, she was a lovely nanny who looked after our eldest son James from since he was two and a half yrs, and she was an amazing Nanny for us while I was in part time employment. Since working for us her duties included nursery drops offs and pickups to my sons nursery, running errands and doing household duties such as the laundry and ironing, cooking, bathing and taking my son out to the local park and his weekly swimming lessons. Nya as a nanny was a very calm and polite woman and still has a strong bond with my family as she occasionally keeps up to date with my family through emails. Nya has become and will always be part of our family and her care and respect for others is what I admirer from her and the values she holds so strongly within her faith. She is very trustworthy, driven and is a hard worker. I’ve never had to worry when she was looking after my child as she was very patient and never once saw her loose her patience, Knowing how to conduct any problem through calm discipline and having a respectable manner. I recommend Nya and know that she would be a pleasure working for your organisation as she is a reliable and outstanding young woman. Nya showed such an interest in my son’s learning development but also understood boundaries and limitations in her role, making sure we were involved in whatever activities she did with our child.
