I've known for her approximately ten years, going back to being school friends. She is very friendly, hands-on, reliable and is very sweet. She looked after my six month old, with babysitting and childcare. She's been a teacher for her career, done a lot of babysitting back in South Africa and au-pairing etc. I'd definitely recommend her - obviously she's a teacher so she brings all these things you don't normally expect. She's really good and reliably trustworthy. She knows what she's doing!

We met Tracey while she was doing her teacher training at Gan Aviv, a preschool. Tracey started with babysitting for us, almost 9 years ago. She also did some au pair work for us, which included lifting our children from school/to parties/home. As parents, we found Tracey to be very reliable, calm and very in tune with the kids. They loved her! She was always lots of fun to be around but also very good at implementing boundaries. Our kids were always happy to have her babysit, she'd play games or help with schoolwork if needed. I would highly recommend Tracey for any position that she applies for. Her personality is easy going, she believes in fairness and is a confident young woman.
