But unfortunately the 3 rating is because she gave the impression that she didn’t want to do the job, was in a great hurry to leave (left before the set time as she had another arrangement), and didn’t clean up the meals prepared after before she left. If this will improve, this would be great "

She would make the children feel welcomed and able to get them engaged with the activities they had in the room. As there was a good flow of children, not one went out to look for the parent once in the room with the sitters. There were a great amount of activities to keep them entertained. She is structured and great fun to have around."

I have utter confidence when I leave my daughter with her, she takes such good care of her and is even teaching her french :) It is so scary as a mum leaving your child with someone, even knowing they have been vetted but with Laila that is absolutely not an issue. I cannot recommend her highly enough!"

She plays play-do, blocks and other things with Olivia, and is brilliant at getting her to wear socks (something I often fail to convince her to do)! I would highly recommend Laila."
