But unfortunately the 3 rating is because she gave the impression that she didn’t want to do the job, was in a great hurry to leave (left before the set time as she had another arrangement), and didn’t clean up the meals prepared after before she left. If this will improve, this would be great ”

“Laila was very lovely and you can tell she's experienced. She would make the children feel welcomed and able to get them engaged with the activities they had in the room. As there was a good flow of children, not one went out to look for the parent once in the room with the sitters. There were a great amount of activities to keep them entertained. She is structured and great fun to have around.”

She took my son to a music class and is very comfortable taking over and easily connecting with the kids.
