Alice has been a real life saver with my 10-year-old Mathias, whom she often looks after. Alice has a very generous and reliable character, which has come in very handy when I've sought her help for childcare. I would say she's a very kind and communicative person. She's someone you can really count on, from my experience anyway. I would definitely recommend her for supervising or working with children. Over the years, she's often looked after my son when I needed to be away and she was in town. She's volunteered to help as I think she really loves being around kids and over the years she's built a great relationship with my Mathias. She's very attentive and patient with him. And I can tell he's really relaxed around her. When I come home after being away for a few hours, or even a few days, I find him really content and in a good mood, which is not always the case with him! So I think she has a really good way of managing his moods and also of just being kind and taking her time with him, managing homework, cooking meals, doing fun activities together, etc. and also leave him be when he needs some alone time. I couldn't recommend her enough. I think she's great with kids. She's become a very valuable part of my son's life. He always looks forward to seeing her.

I would describe Alice's general character and personality as attentive, respectful and responsible. I find her trustworthy, honest and reliable. I've not had any issues with her whatsoever and she's always responded really quickly to my enquiries and shown up on time. She's been very flexible when I've had to stay out late and has communicated well throughout. I think she'd be a great fit to look after other children in London, especially toddlers.
