Being a teacher and with the background that she has, I always know the kids will be safe with Michelle. I have known Michelle for 7 or 8 years. So I have one daughter and she has looked after her quite regularly, as well as I have five nephews and nieces, so she will look after the group together as well. She is easygoing in the sense that she's calm, not erratic. and the kids love her. She's looked after my daughter since she was six weeks' old. She is always on time, if not early and waiting outside. I would recommend her.

Michelle is absolutely lovely. She was always great with the children especially as the class she had was quite difficult . I worked with Michelle for about four years in a school. She was my teaching assistant, and she also taught children herself. The class was Year 4 (so 8-9 year old's). She is very friendly, very easy caring with all the children. And she was very hard working. She'd do anything for the children. Also she was always on time, she'd come in way earlier than her contract required. She's brilliant.
