She's fantastically competent and well beyond her years. She's calm and creative. My son fell in love with her at his nursery at one year old. When she left the nursery, I offered her a job as a nanny. She's really nice to have around the house. She's taken my boy on trips, stayed overnight. I can't recommend her highly enough!
During Lauren's employment as an early years worker, she had experience of working with children from four month to five years. Lauren was consistent in demonstrating positive values and always displayed a professional attitude. She demonstrated this by ensuring that she was a good role model for the children in care.
