My experience includes tutoring and homework support, organising educational and recreational activities, supporting children’s routines and development, accompanying families on outings and travel, and working closely with parents, tutors and other household staff.

I have known Khadija for approximately two years. I came to know her through the school, where I saw her working closely with a young girl with Down syndrome. Khadija supported her as a Teaching Assistant and PA, both in the classroom and during her social activities. I also saw how she interacted with other children and members of staff. Khadija did a really good job in her role. She was very patient, caring and attentive with the child, while also being bubbly, energetic and engaging. She was able to build a lovely relationship with her while maintaining clear and appropriate boundaries when necessary. I would describe Khadija as a warm, kind and responsible person. She is naturally caring and patient, but she also knows how to provide structure and consistency. She was always professional in her interactions with the children and staff. I would definitely recommend Khadija to another family. From what I have seen of her work, I believe she would be a caring, trustworthy and responsible person to have working with children.
