Basically, I've know her for over ten years, first as a friend and then when I started a family, she looked after my children a lot. She would help me with the children, ever since they were babies. As a person, she's a very sociable person, very safe and loves being with - and playing with - kids. She's very trustworthy and reliable with the kids. And they would be very happy being with her, compared with other nannies who they would sometimes not want to be with.

Seda was working with us for about eight months. She is highly helpful, is an early years educator. There is no safe-guarding issues at all. She was an agency nursery assistant with us, and attending multiple nurseries with us. She was great with the kids, the managers.
