Elona G

I worked alongside Elona at Dersingham Primary School for around 2 years. Elona is one of the most kind, most welcoming person I have come across. She was always the one that would go above and beyond for the children, their parents, and her colleagues. Elona is very positive in attitude and full of energy, which makes her great with the children. I have no reservations about her babysitting and think she will do a great job.

I have known Elona for the last 7 years in the capacity as her line manager. Through this time Elona has had excellent attendance, punctuality and record keeping. Elona has developed her skills through arrange of courses, such as; paediatric first aid, Level 3 Nursery Nurse and completed regular safeguarding training. Elona is trustworthy, responsible and caring. She has formed positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. She always goes out of her way to support others (including pupils). I would happily leave my own young children in Elona's care!
